The college offers a number of scholarship opportunities provided through the generosity of both individuals and corporations. Most scholarships are awarded in the summer for the following academic year.

Awards generally range from $500 to $2,500 a year, depending on the scholarship, the qualifications of the recipient, and the number of qualified applicants. Undergraduate students are encouraged to apply, and international students are eligible for some scholarships and partial tuition waivers.

To be eligible to apply for scholarships, applicants must be seeking a degree in a major or program offered within the college. For most scholarships, undergraduates must be enrolled full time (12 credit hours or more) during the period for which they receive a scholarship. Financial need is a criterion for some scholarships, but it is not a requirement for application.

In an increasingly complex, hard-working world, the services of a competent human resources specialist are increasingly valued. Thriving organizations employ these practitioners to manage their most important resource, the people who make things happen. This is a program with a hybrid delivery that includes self-directed online components and required in class sessions. Sessions facilitated by senior level practitioners and academics, and some work accomplished independently and others in a team environment are features of this interdisciplinary program.

You’ll need a recognised honours degree or equivalent for entry into this course.

Alternatively, you may have an equivalent professional qualification, or qualifications and experience that are equivalent. In this case, you will be asked to produce a specified piece of work as part of the selection process.

All applicants will be interviewed for selection, with all students being required to enrol as student members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

International students require and IELTS score of 6.5 in all elements or TOEFL 600 in all elements.
