To enable practitioners to take a critical perspective on current, and future, developments in order to support change at an individual, professional and organisational level.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is a professionally-oriented program in Human Resource Management. This course provides students with a foundation of the strategic view of Human Resource Management (HRM) which links an organisation’s strategic goals and objectives to the management of its human resources.
