July 4th, 2009

This BA(Hons) Business and Human Resource Management (HRM) is one of a suite of programmes which combine the core elements of the Business Studies programme with elements from other, more specialist programmes.

Your studies will be organised around core business subject areas, e.g. marketing, operations, strategy and around core HRM subjects. As you progress through your studies you will be asked to link these in integrated and systematic ways and to demonstrate the ability to deploy Business and HRM theory and concepts in a critical and professional manner.

Lincoln Business School recognises that the world of work is changing and throws new challenges at us everyday. Along with the rest of the Business programmes, Business and HRM aims to provide the opportunity for under-graduates to gain a range of contemporary business skills and knowledge which can be employed within a variety of business contexts. The programme addresses the needs of those seeking employment in both the small and medium sized organisations as well as those wishing to work for multinational businesses.
