If you are sending in a preliminary transcript for acceptance, you must be in your final term and planning to start your master’s degree after the last day of class for your bachelor’s degree. You must submit both a self-certification form and an official transcript to confirm that you are in your final term. The official preliminary transcripts must show a minimum of 105 completed credit hours. Finally, in order to maintain your acceptance and be permitted to continue in your program, you must send in an additional, final official transcript with a conferral date on it by the end of your first term of enrollment.
If you plan to dual enroll in both a bachelor’s and master’s degree program, you must contact the Registrar’s Office to obtain a dual enrollment application. Along with your completed dual enrollment application, you must complete and submit a graduate application.
As a non-Liberty undergraduate student, in addition to completing and submitting a graduate application, if you plan to dual enroll in both a bachelor’s and master’s degree program you must contact and speak with our registrar directly. You must also have your current university’s registrar send Liberty’s Registrar’s Office an official letter to confirm that you are in the last nine credit hours of your undergraduate degree program.

An applicant must meet Graduate School requirements plus the following requirements to be considered for admission to the MHRLR program:
Submission of GRE or GMAT scores and two letters of recommendation to the MHRLR program.
Students admitted to the program will be expected to present at least three credits of prior work in microeconomics and introductory statistics.
Students who are deficient in the areas of microeconomics or statistics at the time of admission (see above) will be expected to satisfy deficiency requirements within three enrolled semesters. Deficiencies are monitored by the Graduate School and the individual graduate program unit. No course credits
To be reviewed for admission into the Master of Science in Human Resources Program, you must:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Provide two letters of recommendation, preferably from employers or supervisors
Take either the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or the Miller Analogies Test (MAT); the GRE or MAT will be waived for those who have matriculated in and completed four (4) courses from the Human Resources Certificate Program with a cumulative GPA of 3.5
Complete the Graduate Application for Admission
International students must take the TOEFL or the IELTS and provide a statement of financial resources
Students not satisfying the minimum graduate admission test score and GPA requirements for unconditional admission may be conditionally admitted to the program. After the student completes the first three graduate (6000 level) courses with a ‘‘B’’ or better average, the student will be granted unconditional admission. Students not satisfying conditional admission requirements will be dropped from the program for one calendar year, after which time the student must petition for readmission.
