To be reviewed for admission into the Master of Science in Human Resources Program, you must:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Provide two letters of recommendation, preferably from employers or supervisors
Take either the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or the Miller Analogies Test (MAT); the GRE or MAT will be waived for those who have matriculated in and completed four (4) courses from the Human Resources Certificate Program with a cumulative GPA of 3.5
Complete the Graduate Application for Admission
International students must take the TOEFL or the IELTS and provide a statement of financial resources
Class Schedule - Classes are scheduled in the evenings and occasionally on weekends to accommodate students who work full-time and need to attend classes on a part-time basis.
Semesters Start Dates - Fall (last week of August), Spring (mid-January), and Summer (early to mid-May)
Degree Requirements - You will complete eleven courses (33 credit hours) - nine required courses and two electives. Students must maintain a grade point average of 3.0 throughout the program and have five years to complete the program. Students are also required to sit for the PHR or SPHR Certification

Applicants to the Master in Human Resources Management or Diploma in Human Resources professionals must be graduates.
Once your registration, candidates are referred for one or more interviews for admission to the Academic Committee of Selection. The committee is composed of graduate teachers, who evaluate candidates based on their registered academic prior professional experience and potential for development, their social and professional involvement through their extracurricular activities and their contribution to generation allowed.
