Students from any undergraduate field of study can be accommodated within Marquette’s MSHR program and are encouraged to apply.
The Program requires a minimum of 36 semester hours of credit. The required number of credits can be as many as 38 hours if a student has not completed a microeconomics course during undergraduate studies.
For full-time students who do not have any human resources work experience, a part-time or summer job in human resources is strongly recommended. The College of Business Administration can often assist students in locating suitable jobs or internships.
