This 12-credit certificate program is geared toward the human resource practictioner.
An MBA in Human Resource Management can be used to pursue a wide variety of career opportunities. Most directly, this degree prepares students for management and leadership positions in Human Resources. Further, students already employed in technical areas of business can use their HR degrees to better understand their organizations and pursue leadership positions. Students can also use their applied knowledge to pursue careers in HR and management consulting.
All students enrolled in the MBA program must complete the MBA Core Curriculum in addition to their major-specific requirements listed below.

You can receive the Certificate in Human Resource Management by completing the following six courses. You may take courses in any order, but it is recommended that you start with Introduction to Business Administration and finish with Strategic Management.
