The MA Human Resource Management is an exciting new programme which has been developed in response to changing expectations and demands on Human Resource professionals working in increasingly complex, diverse and ever-changing work environments. It focuses on the role of the Human Resource practitioner as a strategist. Together, the taught element and the dissertation provide a framework for developing a critical understanding of the relationship between strategic HRM and corporate objectives. It also aims to enhance your capability to advise senior management on strategic development and to explore HRM issues through strengthening your existing analytical and conceptual skills.
