Counseling Human Services Admission Detail at Lehigh University

We are a top ranked graduate only college which offers a variety of programs, courses, institutes, seminars and workshops designed to fit your needs; a graduate degree or certificates for career advancement. Except for qualified Lehigh undergraduates, only students holding a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university may apply for the graduate programs in the College of Education in one of two categories: degree seeking or non-degree seeking. Applicants offered admission may defer enrollment for up to one year.

CRITERIA FOR CONSIDERATION FOR ADMISSION AS REGULAR GRADUATE STUDENT (DEGREE SEEKING)

An undergraduate GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale) or
An undergraduate GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale) on the last
48 credits of undergraduate study or
A graduate GPA of 3.00 (for a minimum of 12 credits) or
Scores on the GRE at the 75th percentile for education (for the combined score of the verbal and quantitative subtests of the GRE aptitude test) or the 75th percentile on the MAT or
Successfully fulfilling the requirements of Associate Admission status (i.e., the completion of at least 9 credits and no more than 12 credits with a GPA of 3.00 or better and no grades lower than B-). Students receiving a grade lower than a B- will be dropped from the program.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR NON-DEGREE STUDENTS
Complete and return the application to the College of Education

Attached to this application must be an official transcript which shows bachelor’s or master’s degrees from a college or university or an official letter stating that you are a student in good standing in an acceptable graduate program.

A check in the amount of $65 paybale to Lehigh University must be attached to this application.

If English is not your first language, you must submit your TOEFL score.

If you decide to apply for degree status in the future, this application fee will be credited to the regular admissions application fee and you will need to petition for admission to the degree program.
COURSE/SPACE AVAILABILITY AND REGISTRATION

Selected courses are designated open to non-degree students on a space available basis. Pre-requisites may apply to these courses. However, the faculty may waive these pre-requisites.

ADMISSIONS DECISIONS FOR NON-DEGREE STUDENTS

The admission decision for non-degree students is made by the Dean of the College of Education, or other responsible official designated by the College of Education for this purpose.

Practicum experiences will equip the student with the skills to enter a variety of work settings.

Counseling Human Services Tuition and Fees at Lehigh University

Students taking at least 9 credits a semester are considered full-time. Beginning with the 2008-2009 academic year, which includes the summer 2008, tuition is $525 per credit hour and the tuition for the joint MBA/M.Ed. program in Educational Leadership is $605 per credit hour. Additional fees are as follows: Intern and clinic supervision fees are charged in addition to tuition. Each academic semester, a $150 technology fee is applicable to full-time students and those certified as full-time students The charge for auditors is the same as the complete course fee. The application fee for admission is $65. There is no registration fee, however a $100 late

Human Resource Management Admission Detail at Framingham State College

Applicants applying for a graduate certificate must have earned an undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited college or university, with a minimum undergraduate quality point average (QPA) of 2.7. Students not meeting this requirement may be reconsidered for admission after completing one (1) prescribed course in the certificate program. Applicants who hold a baccalaureate degree must have at least one year of paid experience in the human services field.
